Android Phone Tips
To help you stay in touch with your friends and family, we are launching Google Talk withvideo and voice chat for Android phones. Video chat buffs can breathe a sigh of relief as the video chat feature will be available over the mobile network and Wi-Fi as well.

Moreover, users can now video or voice chat with their friends, family and colleagues right from their Android phone, whether they are on their compatible Android tablet or phone, or using Gmail with Google Talk on their computer. On your Android device, from the Google Talk contacts list, you will see a video and voice chat icon appear next to your contacts. While video chatting, any text chats from that person will also appear overlaid on the video.

Google is productive when it comes to releasing Android applications. The company has now announced that a version of Google Talk providing audio and video options is available, although it is only compatible with Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread.

Google has updated their Android platform to version 2.3.4, making a few corrections while also adding voice and video chat through the Google Talk application. Google Talk with audio and video chat will be available through the 2.3.4 update for the Nexus S.

The new service will only be available to users running the latest version of Android on their devices, version 2.3, or Gingerbread. Huzzah! Google's spiffing up their Android phones by adding GoogleTalk video and voice chat capabilities.
