The new Adobe Flash Player 10.2 version promises full web experience with videos, games, apps and mobile web browsers. Adobe has collaborated with Google and hence the new Flash Player 10.2 will also offer Beta support for Android 3.0.1 Honeycomb or higher.  The features that come with the Flash Player 10.2 update are:

With the new Flash Player 10.2, Adobe expects to deliver better "embedded" in-browser experience. New Adobe Flash Player 10.2 update can be downloaded from the Android Market app on your Android phone or you can visit here.
Bring the FULL web to your device with Flash Player- videos, games, apps & more Flash Player enables a FULL web browsing experience. NOTE: This is a finished production quality release for Android 2.2 and 2.3 devices and a BETA release for Android 3.0.1+ tablets. Flash Player delivers access to your favorite web videos, games and interactive content. Flash Player on your device gives you:

• The freedom to access the same rich web content you experience on a desktop PC from your mobile device – anywhere, anytime;
• Uncompromised browsing without ‘empty boxes’ on web pages.

Adobe Flash Player 10.2 has finally arrived for higher powered Android devices running Android 2.2 or above, including the new Android 3.0 Honeycomb powered tablets like Motorola's  XOOM. The version of Adobe Flash 10.2 for smartphones is the production release version, and Adobe promises improved performance over the 10.1 plug-in that has been in use for months.

While still running Flash 10.1, I found that our own embedded YouTube Flash videos ran smoothly at 360p quality, but got very jittery when running at 480p or 720p. On the Tegra 2 equipped Motorola XOOM, 480p video playback of the same clip looked smooth. Well, if you are a Honeycomb tablet user, you have Flash for the first time.
